About us
Novem Invest is a European advisory firm specializing in strategy definition, structuring and business development. It supports financial institutions, large enterprises and start-ups on their transformation to scale and accelerate sustainably their product, services and market development.
The team is composed of a network of highly experimented former executives of large and small companies operating in the High Tech, Software and Telecom sectors, as well as industrial companies.
Olivier Ribet is the Founder and President of NOVEM Invest.
Olivier Ribet has been a member of the Executive Committee of Dassault Systèmes, running the 2.2B€ EMEAR region from 2018 to 2025. He also oversaw the collaboration among all regional executives worldwide to define and share standard models and best practices with regard to planning, execution and leadership.
Olivier Ribet joined Dassault Systèmes in 2013 as Vice President, High-Tech Industry. In 2017, he was put in charge of all Dassault Systèmes Industries and Cross-Industry Initiatives.
He brought over 20 years of international experience in the software, high-tech and telecoms markets to Dassault Systèmes. Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Olivier Ribet held senior management positions in sales and marketing at Bull, EDF and later Microsoft, where he spent more than 15 years in the United States, Asia and Europe where he led large organizations.
During his career, he has led strategy, software engineering, product development, sales, marketing, channels and professional services teams.
